Midwest Alliance for Patient Safety PSO Event Submission is performed via the Healthcare SafetyZone platform. All MAPS Member organizations will have a URL link to submit data.
The MAPS PSO Member Portal allows you to:
- Submit secure adverse event data
- Run secure reports
- Attach secure root cause analyses and other documents
- Access a secure email communication channel
- Download member specific analysis
